My BMW e21 today

After almost 2 years of existence in the shed, my car was so dirty about it in a layer of a few millimeters of dust, as it was nice and sunny I pushed him from the shed and washed it. Then i put the battery and try to start the car , and for about 5 second of cranking my car started to sing , here is video of that , enjoy....

Plans for my BMW e21

For a long time i plan to fix and do some tuning to my bmw e21, the car is not in good condition like he was sometimes , much things have to be done for this car to be returned to the streets again. I have to replace the old rusty body parts, and have it over painting the whole car. I need to replace shock absorbers and other suspension parts like rubber bands on the balance pole, tie rods and joints. I plan to upgrade brand new exaust system remus. I should fix carburetor because the car does not go like he was going before , when he was in much better condition. I need to install new coolant radiator  because the coolant wich is now on the car is leaking. I planing to paint him in candy white , roof and hood to be in black , on that the most beautifull detail will be xenon head light an 17 inch black rims and black  tinted whindows. If you my dear readers have an idea i will gladly include your ideas in my plans , please post in coments your opinion. Car also needs to pass through law legislation, must be registered and be done certificate for each additional modification to obtain vehicle registration.
All of this is easy to write but here in Serbia a little more difficult to achieve , because our financial situation is a little worse than in other European countries. So I decided to monetize this blog, and if i earn enough fix and tune bmw e21 like how i am imagined to do.

MY BMW E21 story

 E21 Purchased in Switzerland by my father in 1988 with 29,550 miles for a price about 7000 swiss francs, previous owner was a woman. Imported to Serbia and first registered in 2002 by my father , he did some modifications, put sports BMW e21 transmission, changed the complete interior, changed the headlights , put front BBS bumper , did the general engine, and it completely painted.
When I passed the driving test and started to drive, I immediately fell in love with my BMW e21 320, its six-cylinder engine combined with a Solex 4-barrel downdraft carburetor enchanted me with his beautiful sound,This e21  had plenty of power for small  drifting and for a litle driving fast. All in all it is an old classic that will always be trendy BMW e21 320.

I immediately started to modify it, from small little things such as molding, the valve cap lights, some major things I have done: I put 15 inch rims with 195/60 R15 Michelin tires, I expanded wheelbase of 32mm, I have implanted middle and rear remus exhaust. As I installed a fuel gas system that does not give him the same force and sound like the factory fuel but it is much cheaper to drive, since here in Serbia fuel not cheap. In 2010 year I bought a golf v 1.9tdi since that i did not drove my bmw e21 320. Now i planing again to fix my bmw e21 , paint him and again put him on the streets.


This is my First car. It's BMW E21 serie 3. Model is 320/6 , year of producton 1979.
It has a BMW 6 cylinder engine, the M20 2.0 L, and a Solex 4-barrel downdraft carburetor.
